As of January 1, 2015,  Title 24 goes into effect  throughout California.  What is Title 24?  Title 24 is the next stage of mandates required in the state's continuing efforts to increase energy efficiency in building and construction.

In order to be in compliance with Title 24 homes and business are required to install more energy efficient roofing product when purchasing a new roof or repairing a roof. These choices should reduce your energy consumption.  How Title 24 affects your home or business ranges from specific colors of roofing materials to entire cool roofing systems.
